I'm still knocked down by this cold, but I went to the doctor today.  It wasn't diagnosed as swine flu or strep throat, so that's a relief.  Didn't make work today and have a feeling I shouldn't go tomorrow, but we'll see how I feel in the morning.  While I haven't gotten much housework stuff done or anything I've wanted to, I've gotten some ( Read more... )

So it was a busy hectic weekend. Friday night my sister-in-law went to her prom, so I went over there and took lots of pictures. Her school does something nice. They have all the students in the Prom participate in a "Grand March" So you get to see all the students dressed in their finery. It was cool. I can't believe she's all grown up. i ( Read more... )

So I had a doctor's appointment yesterday and discovered something new yet again.  All the nurses had tablet PC's and they were entering patient information into the tablet PC's.  Wow.  interesting.  No more paper files?  So the girl weighed me, took my height, etc.  Then we went to the exam room where she took more information and entered it into ( Read more... )

It's been more than a week since I've written.  I was going to watch Survivor tonite, but just not feeling it right now.  It's hit or miss now that they're into they're umpteenth millionth season.  The people get more stupid every time.  I do plan on watching CSI though.  Although I'm still ticked that Grey's Anatomy is up against it.  *sigh*

So, this week.  been a long week and i still have two days to go.  Tomorrow won't be horrible as I have a "seminar" at PNC Park-that my parents just happen to be attending too ;)  So that will make tomorrow a short day :)  which is always nice.

i hate days like today.  I have absolutely no motivation to be at work.  I shouldn't complain cuz I took a sick day yesterday and boy did I sleep like a rock-in between being woken up by the contractors fixing our deck pole and downspout that was part of the whole car incident.  I think all the work for that should be almost done.  Thank goodness ( Read more... )
